Vegetable Chapati Recipe in Tamil
INGREDIENTS:
Whole wheat flour - 4 cup
Shredded carrot - 1/2 cup
Shredded Broad Beans (அவரைக்காய்) 1/4 cup
Shredded Beans - 1/4 cup
Shredded Cabbage - 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves, Chillies as per your need
Cooked potatoes - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Oil - to cook
PREPARATION:
Cut coriander leaves, into fine pieces. Mash the cooked potatoes.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients (including vegetables) except oil for cooking to make a dough.
Now make small 2 inch balls and flatten them.
Heat a tawa and add oil as needed. Now cook the flatten dough until it is cooked both sides and serve.
